    Default Heart Attack survivors

I have it (mvp) Its more of a bother than a serious condition in my case.
Like when i suddenly change posture (from squatting to jumping), i get palpitation that last around 5-45 minutes. Sometimes its random. The only thing serious about it is when i get tonsilitis, im advised to immediately take antibiotics since the valves can be attacked by the bacteria... daw. or get a tonsilectomy

Isnt a heart attack caused by plaque blockage in the heart arteries/veins/capillaries?

Yeah. I get it too when I change positions. My heart palpitates at random times but now its getting more frequent.
I was told not to drink cofee, softdrinks and other energy drinks.
I was adviced to exercise regularly in which, would be very hard for me because of work schedule.

lemme guess... you drink coffee instead... and you make all the excuses in the world that you "can't" exercise and now you whine and moan that you're a candidate of heart attack like the late serge?!?

and you conveniently blame it on hereditary causes?

are you even doing something to alleviate you condition?

    tell me why.
