About the businesses:
We have a sewing machine & furniture store in Danao City and we are planning to open a branch in Cebu City. We also have a property in Maribago, Lapu-lapu City with existing tenants (foreign & local).
The Job:
We are looking for one honest & hardworking person who can effectively perform these two functions:
1) Sales Accounts Executive
a. To conduct sales canvassing to prospective clients in Cebu, Mandaue & Lapu-lapu
b. To submit weekly canvass reports to the management
c. To facilitate in the deliveries
d. To submit recommendations to the management
e. To serve as a substitute whenever a sales personnel in Danao shall take a leave of absence.
2) Property Supervisor
a. To accommodate prospective tenants
b. To effectively address the complaints from tenants
c. To collect payments from tenants & issue O.R.
d. To make weekly disbursement and collection reports.
e. To facilitate in the billing of utilities not limited to water and electricity
Compensation:
The right candidate shall receive a daily P120.00 allowance plus commissions (both from furniture / appliance sales and payments from tenants). Transportation and meals during sales canvassing shall be reimbursed. Free room accommodation worth P2,000.00 in Maribago LLC that will accommodate 2 persons.
Qualification:
1) Male / female 21 – 35 y.o.
2) Sales experience is a must
3) At least 2 years in college (any course)
4) Knowledge in operating sewing machines is an advantage
