*This position requires working full time from Lapu Lapu City, Cebu.
Our company is looking for a full-time Junior Support Staff who has the drive to succeed and grow with our company. You must be able to posses the following skills:
Technical
- Must install new software products related to Facebook & Marketing. This may be desktop software or a wordpress plugin.
- Must create tutorial videos
- Must learn the KVSocial platform and be able to effectively plan and run Q&A and training webinars for this membership platform of ours.
- Must be able to install software and administer your own computer.
- Must be able to handle escalations of technical nature - html/css, ftp, etc.
- Must learn new software as the job requires it (camtasia, etc).
- Working knowledge in OptimizePress is a plus
Webinars
- Attend webinars to answer the Q&A questions live
- Prepare for screensharing demos by setting up software, mock sites, mock facebooks to demo a concept or instruct.
Support
- Administer Zendesk
- Develop policies and processes to streamline support
- Update support as new products are added
- Produce extensive video tutorials for products
- Produce pdf (word document based) support documents with screenshots and step by step instructions.
Reporting to Executives
- Produce a report of the status of support desk for every week/month, and other metrics such as time to solve tickets.
- Escalate concerns at the weekly executive meeting.
Must have
- Excellent Command of the English Language (both Oral and Written)
- A team player but can also work with minimal supervision
- Prior support desk or customer support experience
- Knowledge of HTML and Wordpress and Other Technical Skills
- Must be able to work during USA hours 8am-4pm EDT/NY time.
- Must often be able to work overtime and weekends - flexibility is good
- Must attend daily team meetings 8am EDT/NYC.
