Hi, im looking for a long-term lease house preferably located in a safe and a not-so-congested neighborhood Cebu City area (banawa, v. rama, lahug, banilad, etc)
Need to start the rental on MARCH 2015
purpose and features needed:
- house will primarily be used for a small jewelry export business
- house doesn't need to be furnished (preferably bare and empty)
- will just mention that there will be a big delivery truck van who will pick up shipments twice a year
- once in a while FedEx vans will also pick up boxes
- the house will be manned by a maximum of 2 staffs only
my budget is 10k but will be negotiable depending on availability and features of the property.
