Someone who can Unlock my Hard-locked Xperia Z2

Hi Guys,

I hope you can help me with this concern.

I got this phone from my Suncellular postpaid plan. However, they provided me a unit that is locked to it's carrier (not Sun) and I cant even use my sun postpaid sim card on it. So basically the phone doesn't accept any sim card.

Sun didn't provide me a replacement yet and it's been 3 months. They're not giving me updates or feedback as to when I can have my replacement.

The problem is, we've tried a lot of times accessing the phone using 1234 as per Sun Cellular's advise that is why the phone is already hard-locked.

I'm wondering if one of you guys here can unlock my Xperia Z2.

Dont pay for any unlocking services sir. Thats not ur fault already. You applied to their services. They should be the one who will assist you on your problem. Gabayad gud ka ana monthly. But dili nimu magamit ang phone?? As a customer, you have the right

Thanks for the advise but I actually have escalated this concern a lot of times already yet there wasnt any good feedback from them.

I called the hotline and they cant even do anything about it and just throwing back the problem to the Business Center here at Ayala Center Cebu where I applied.

I always contact the business center but they keep on saying that they really havent got stock for Z2 and they have requested 1 already. They also offered me another unit to replace my Z2 but I dont want it.

It's really been 3 months and I'm fed up with their reasons that's why I wonder if I can fix it my own with the help of the people here on Istorya.

If you know some shops here in cebu who can fix this, kindly inform me.

Tsk tsk. Paet jud anang sun. But my advise sir, try those kiosk in emall or 138 mall. Coz services sa ayala and sm, very expensive.
