I'm looking to hire a Personal Assistant and Zendesk Administrator. I am a Zendesk Expert and would like to train someone on how to become an expert in Zendesk as well. I would prefer someone who already has some knowledge about Zendesk or know what it is.

You must have some knowledge or have used Zendesk before.
Someone who can easily figure out how online tools work by using them or doing some online research.
Must be good with reporting and analytics, knowledge with GoodData is a huge plus.
