Studio/Apartment/Room with 10K Budget

Hello,

I'm going back to Cebu sometime in September and nangita ko og karentahan somewhere in Mandaue, ideally very near or 1 ride from M.C. Briones Street.

Okay sad from these areas-
* Mabolo
* Lapu-lapu (Basta dili lang super ka sudlunon)

Looking for-
* Studio Apartment/1 BR or just a room with budget of 10k to 12k max
* with own T&B, own kitchen would be nice too
* At least furnished with bed, AC and fridge
* Allows at least 3-6 months stay (with option to renew)
* One month advance and one month deposit only. I think naman for 3-6 months stay this deposit terms is justifiable

I need to help my company establish the Cebu office and if this will be achieved within 6 months, I may need to go back to Manila where I am based- which is why I can only commit to a 3-6 months stay.

I am renting as a solo female and I'm not a pain in the a** tenant, promise.

I have a Studio condo in Urban Homes, Tipolo, Mandaue, just a few steps from the highway. It's currently bare, but I can put in the AC, bed, and fridge for you at 10.5k per month inclusive of association fees, I'll also add in a stove with LPG and dining table w/ chairs. I'm fine with the 3 - 6 month stay, but I would need a definite start date. It'd be nice if we could get a start date of Sept 1 so I could hold the unit for you.
