Network meter bar for desktopX or any free ap?

Im currently looking for a meter ap which displays network status upload and download. Much better if it is a desktopX widget if not a free windows ap will do. I use to have one, but somehow I can find it on my HD, I forgot the name so I cant search for it I saw some others but they were too complicated.

Hehehe found my file already, I highly recommend this little ap,, its called rainmeter Showsm mem, cpu, bandwidth and Hard drive capacity Very simple to use
