Need the community's help badly. I am a family of 5 and looking for an apartment near USPF Lahug and below are my preferences:
1. 2 bed rooms at least (3BR preferred)
2. Have living room (I have 6, 3 and 2 year old boys)
3. Gated and secure
4. Budget 8k-10k max
5. For the terms: 1 month advance and deposit preferably.

I suggest you go around. Naay mga for rent near the back gate of USPF. Diri ka agi between Metrobank and Sinangan Station near Jollibee JY.
Take the first right after entering, then ask around. daghan diha.
