Selling computers, and if you want to rent the
place there is a CR. location is in Consolacion,
17 pc's (including server pc), computer tables,
AC, HUBs and networks.very spacious because the
monitors are mounted to the tables.Good location
along the the highway, many regular costumers,
shop usually closes at 2 to 3 am. no problem of
competitors, already at 5 mbps internet speed.
location can be expand for 5 more units or another
10-20 more units if the room at the back is
available for occupy.

some computers were purchased last March,
September and November (expanded) 2013 while the
other 6 were purchased last year.

computer specs :

2 items - dual core, 500g hdd, 2-4 gig ram
10 items - AMD A6 , 500g hdd, 4 gigram
4 items - AMD A4, 500g hdd, 4 gig ram
monitors are 19" LED Asus and 2 16" LED.

Server is only Pentuim 4 but it doesn't need to be
high specs equipped.

also server equipped with UPS

RFS : Owner Going Abroad (cannot manage while
away), and currently living in Minglanilla (far
away)

if you want to purchase including the continuation
of renting the area, i will give a discounnt. for
a price of 210k

but if you want to purchase only the PCs i can
sell them as per piece or combo

going abroad was the reason when i need to close my other shop, and then gi transfer ra namo sa pikas shop, gi merge ra diay pro pananghid namo sa tag iya sa building is i ned to go abroad kay losing na ang shop.

having an internet cafe karon is not a luxury biz, labi na if di ka kamao sa pasikot sikot karon, lugi ka padung but if kamao ka and always updated ang inyo games and online games sa shop and way lag ang mga online games bisan pa ug ga youtube and download nang uban customer... kana one of the reason nga pwede gaming and browsing cafe at the same time. and location, location is one of the most important aspect in putting up a cafe.
