Reccommended CPU Heatsink in a Cooler Master Elite 120 case.

Hsf reccommendations nga maka lower jud ug temps sa processor, the Deep Cool low profile hsf's just aren't cutting it, sama rajud sa stock cooler ang performance. I'm not open to closed loop coolers though kay I don't want to ruin the build sa Cooler Master Elite 120, although I've seen people nga g modify nila ilaha to fit such coolers. I heard nga a Cooler Master Elite 130 would fit a closed loop cooler but I don't see anyone selling it at the moment dri cebu. So low profiles lng akoa and kana d sd masangko sa gpu ug psu.

So I'm currently using this one kay it's pretty cheap and certainly looks better than stock intel hsf IMO hehe






The case feels cool despite being a mini-itx. Well, maybe it's partially because I've done a pretty decent cable management para ok airflow hehe. Pero ang ako lng is if mag RealTemp ko proc temps are very alarming.



Nuon around past 3 ni sa hapon sud sa non-airconditioned nga kwarto (or at least wa nako gi on ang aircon kay kas kuryente hehe) and amost of the rooms windows were open. Room ambient temps might have had a role to play in this too though. However, if mag aircon cgro and at night temps should drop by a few degrees, maybe -5 degrees but still pretty high.

So, pa reccommend ta mga bossing and asa sd xa mapalit if available dri cebu.
If wala, might as well open myself to the possibility of case modifications para maka fit ug closed loop coolers.

low profiles ----i think noctua's brand...ang elite 120 need jud emodify for cooling reasons,i've already tried cm hyper 212 evo,pero init ang case kay close kaayo ang video card ug psu,then kailangan paka right angle power chord for psu.lisod pod cable management.karon,am using close loop,attached sa front panel,mas functional sya kay ang init sa card ug hdd's maapil nya buga outside.mura masulod 7pcs-3.5"hdd's sa case...nice ang elite 130, but mas ganahan kos front panel sa elite 110.kung ang front panel sa elite 110 ebutang sa elite 120 or 130,nindut jud tanawon and funtional pajud.

very limited ang aftermarket cooler sa elite 120...

kung mag noctua ka, kinahanglan NH-L12 para significant ang temp differences pero i think single fan mode ra pud ka ana... kung mag NH-L9i, dili cost effective kay very little to no difference at all compared sa stock intel hsf...

if i were you, stay stock sa cpu cooler or replace case (say node 304)...

Just wondering, kana NH-L12 pwd ba ang 120mm nga fan mabutang sa ubos or kana ra 92mm ang pwd? If naa ka Node 304 trade ta boss? Hehe..

Nakafit ko ug antec kuhler 620 sa akong case then gi-OC nako akong 3770k to 4.2ghz

Ako gi-tang2x ang hard drive bays. Didto nako gibutang ang radiator.

then ang space para sa dvd drive, naa didto ang 128ssd ug 1tb hard disk.
