if naka 1080p or below ka its better to have the best single-card available---lesser sli-related issues....670 is ok pa for most games right now i guess.

i don't have idea for custom water cooling items for gtx 670... but 670 is still a capable card so its still worth keeping longer, unless u really need the extra performance mao nang u wanted to sli---or is it bcoz it looks "cool"er to have water-cooled sli?...

i just wanted to "future-proof" my pc that's all thanks for your reply

@lance_pasay want to future proof? get a cheap card and sell resell them after every 6 months.. with today's growth in technology the only way to future proof is to either be contented with what you have or upgrade.. IMO SLI is useless unless uber nah gyud ang imong needs.. 670 is a not so old card, its still strong for new incoming games.. my advice.. play games with Fraps on.. when the FPS on any game goes below 30.. then buy a new card, dont SLI.. IMO the only time it is feasible to SLI is when you have UBER resolutions. or when the card is dirt-cheap..

Theres no such thing as futureprooffing in video card terms. In this hobby, ive gone old enough to know that the graphics card is the fastest depreciating, pinakadali ma outdated and pinakadali maguba nga pc component (normal usage).

If you want longevity, go for top end models because they are by far the most well designed, fool-proof, impeccable models. But they are the fastest depreciating parts.
If you want to get the most out of your money, sli 2 mid-range to mid-high end cards. So far they have the best price/performance ratio and average depreciating salvage value but do not watercool them or else it will just negate the savings. Lisod baya kaayo ibaligya ang mid-end gpu block.

Though i think you are neither after longevity nor value. Bling man gi-agad nimo.

If i were to choose, id choose a single 780ti and watercool it. (if it was for free, but i wont shell out that amount from my own pocket )
