it depends on how many pax your catering for?
then ill make you a list of menu dishes that I cook were in you choose what you would like then ill make a list of the ingredients for eah dish. basta I cook 5 dishes for 15-20 pax maximum for a labor of 2k , your place your kitchen equipment's.
