Please read my preference first before offering

Looking for a house for rent with the following features:

IMPORTANT!
* At least 2 bedrooms
* At least have small lawn
* Gated
* Dogs allowed ( I have 4 dogs - Aspins a.k.a. Askals sila but well taken care of.)
* Friendly neighbors (mao ni among rason nga manghawa mi ron, kay gi himo ug hayhayan among balay)

* If possible FLOOR area is 100sqm or more.
* If Possible dili TOWNHOUSE. But if maayo imong neighbors basin okay ra.
* NO to small rooms (kay ang among bed dala kay QUEEN SIZE, pero mo occupy siya ug bigger kay naa siyay side table nga naka attach sa headboard)

Current Location: Basak, Lapu-Lapu City
PREFERRED LOCATION: Lapu-Lapu pero kung naa mo somewhere near pwede ra sad. Ayaw lang nang layo kaayo kay naay motion sickness akong mga dogs, so malipong sila kung mag biyahe ug dugay.


BUDGET: 10,000/MONTH
No to 10K above. If 12K na imong gina pa rent, basin madala ra na 12K oi!

The house we rent before this kay almost 4 years mi nag rent, nang hawa lang mi kay ang among likod kay school sa owner and gi require sila sa DECS nga ipa dako ang area sa school, so ang option is ang nag occupy sa likod sa school (kami, along with 3 other family - including the grand daughter of the owner) must move out sa compound. Since we're a good payor, ilaha gani gi offer ilang lain nga balay but it's either mahal kaayo (30K) or gamay ra kaayo ang balay.

So in short, maka angay lang jud mi. Dugay jud mi mag puyo.


Mamalhin: January 2014 pa. Kay nag bayad na mi ug advance ug 3 months pero possibly mamalhin mi daan sa December 2013 kay basin binuangan ang among dogs pag new year. Nag post lang ko aron mangita lang mi daan aron daghan choices. Long term rent jud among plano unta diri, unexpected lang nga di mi diay ka angay sa palibot.

My Dogs
Some ask what type of dogs akoa. My dogs are friendly. They're good with kids - they used to visit the kids in a school before and the kids hug them. They're all ASPIN (mixed breed) but I take good care of them, they're well fed, they take a bath and they do follow my command (I don't have tricks but they do understand some commands).

One of the things na among gi consider namo pero ga labay man ko permi sa Deca 5, naa koy 3 ka kaila dira nag puyo pero karon NAGPA ASSUME NA. One of the reasons nga mo hawa mi is tungod sa silingan, so I'm not sure if maka angay sad mi sa mga silingan dira.

Mo tan-aw pa nuon mi sa mga vacant if ever, then iconsider jud namo ang silingan.

BALAY MO DIRA!

Basin mamalhin mi earlier, mga december kay nag sige na ra ba pabuto ang mga bata diri di ra ba mo tuo nga adto lang sa basketball court. si lisod na if sa new year magpa abot, makamatay ra ba ning pabuto sa iro.
