    Very delayed turn-over and problematic developer. Be careful!
    Amenities, roads, utilities is either not complete or there's none at all.
    Do a site visit first before buying.
    All promises by developer are just to lure possible buyers.

    Do a visit first on the site don't just simply trust and believe on what they advertise. Go see for yourself. According to Mazari's development plan everything should be done by 2013 which of course includes their amenities but until now only few houses were built, no amenities still, perimeter fence are not yet done so security is at risk.
