help in making a good pc

mga istoryan na ambongan sa teknolohiya....i need help in putting together a pc...this is my new project since i got a new place..i know what i want but now that i have done some research mas na libug naman nuon ko on the specifics...so far here is what i want for my pc...


mobo=p4 or dual core
memory=520 (unsa difference sa pci and agp?)
hard drive=80 gig(whats the difference between SATA and the other kind?)
video card=128 (unsa difference sa vga and the other kind?)
sound card= 5.1 (wa ko idea if naa difference)
tv tuner (give me ideas pls)
dvd r/rw (will brand matter?)

ang specs na ako ganahan is mainly for gaming and watching dvds...as for the games na ako duwaon its not doom 3 or that like just the regular ones. like warcraft, starcraft and some mmropg games and online games...as for the budget am within the 40k to 50k i knw mahal2 jud ni ako sudlan so mas maayo mu invest nalang jud kaysa mag binarat nya magmahay ra..pls istoryans..help.. :mrgreen:

ayaw nang p4 bro, sa imo budget, kaya kaayo nimo ang hi-end processors, go for core2duo or athlon 64 x2 5600+
kanang agp ug pci express sa videocard na, pci xpress is better becoz 16x cya, agp is only 8x
ok ra ang built-in sound ani nga mobo ako gi suggest, but feel free to choose other mobos, msi and gigabyte are good brands

processor: intel core2duo e6420 P9,800 (pwede pud athlon 64 x2 5600+, with msi k9nneo-f)
mobo: msi p965neo-f P6,000
memory: 2pcs 1gig ddr2 800 P4,000 (@P2,000 each) kingston or corsair
psu: hec winpower 550watts P3,900
monitor: 19inch wide lcd P10,000
videocard: pci express jud mas maayo, hi end dx9 or midrange dx10 P8,000
casing: you choose P3,000
tv tuner: you choose P2,000
hardisk: sata2 is faster P3,000

suggestion lang ni ako, basin others musuggest better and more expensive motherboards
