well said lol, daghan kaug meds for ulcers bro or acidity you dont need to buy this regulated drugs. naay zantax(h2 antagonist) omneprazole(proton pumpinhibtor) og uban pa daghan kau bro oi. 1stlineis the antacid but comes with different side effects and please consult your doctor nlang. Good day.
