Happy New Year!

Our company is currently looking for one (1) Admin and Sales Support Executive to help develop our rapidly growing business. We need someone with the following skills and competencies or matches up to the profile below:

• Attention to detail
• Ability to deal with people of various backgrounds and personalities
• Negotiation skills in dealing with hotels and travel agencies for bookings and events
• Telephone skills and can confidently set up appointments for our executives
• Highly organized and can collate/submit reports daily or as needed
• Preferrably proficient with computers, the internet and can design ad materials and promos
• Can ensure the success of events by planning logistics needs
• Can follow up and contact our customers frequently until the business is closed
• Resourceful, creative, must have an outgoing personality and takes initiative

This is a salaried position with an opportunity to have regular status after 6 months. So please indicate in your resume how much you expect as monthly salary together with a cover letter explaining how you can best support a sales company. Former secretaries of corporate executives or front line personnel (front desk staff, customer s ervice representatives, etc.) are some of the job descriptions of the person we’re looking for but fresh graduates are welcome as well.

I’m also looking for thirty (30) Sales Executives to form part of my team this year. I’m limiting the number only to 30 because I want to manage their professional growth and having too many members on the team takes away too much time to focus on each individual’s development. I only want those who are financially hungry and will move heaven and earth to earn at least P30,000 per month. I will personally train and supervise your growth because your success will mean my success as well.

Sales executive position is a commission-based job and since you’re not tied to a fixed income, you can aim for P100,000 income if you want (we had a sales executive last year whose paycheck gave him P250,000 in 2 weeks) but I want my team to begin earning at least P30,000 per month. So, if you’re the type of person who loves to take on challenges, not the timid type to just accept things for the way they are but you love to make your own destiny and will find ways to succeed, I want you on my team!

The sales executive I’m looking for may have all or some of the following profile or circumstance:

• Has an outstanding financial need (mom has cancer and needs to pay for treatment and medicines, wife recently gave birth and current salary cannot keep up with growing family needs, kids are in college and need to pay tuition fees, has over P100,000 in loans, etc.) and will work really hard to improve his financial standing
• Feels he/she is doing an outstanding job or work but is not compensated well enough for his/her efforts
• Earns much abroad but would rather stay here in the Philippines so he/she could be with family members but have the same financial income as when they were abroad
• Wants to be independent and wants to have much material possessions (cars, gadgets, house)
• Recently retired and would like to have same or bigger income as before but not as stressful
• Looking to have their own lucrative business but don’t want to spend millions in capital
• Would rather have more time to spend for their family instead of working 8-5 in an office

@krayolang_igat: I tried sending you a PM but your account settings are set to disregard PMs so you might want to change your settings. To answer your question, yes, pwede part time ani - you don't have to give up your job right now if you're employed. My challenge, if you should decide to become part of my sales team is to make you earn higher than what you're earning right now. I don't see any reason why you would still spend 8 to 10 hours on your current job if you can earn more or even double what you're earning right now, di ba? Anyway please send in your resume to the above email add so I can get a view of your personal history. Job responsibilities of the admin exec are in the bullet points above but it'll be the sales execs who get the all the incentives, financial and all other perks.
