I hope you are all doing better now. I've been suffering from anxiety for years. It has to be noted, that anti-anxiety drugs and antidepressants have many side effects (I checked this info on the Canadian Pharmacy site). That's why I avoid taking them and prefer using natural ways of treatment. I should say, yoga and breathing exercises work for me. Though it is great to find out other ways to overcome my anxiety. Thanks for sharing, I'll check the mentioned techniques out for sure.
If you struggle with anxiety, you have to get quality and professional help. But also, there is one thing, which can help you even at home. When I had anxiety, I got a weighted blanket.
