Inbound Customer Representatives
Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Handling customer service calls from commercial businesses across the globe
Assessing customer needs and generating sales upsell, cross sell
Collecting information to identify the best option for the client
Thinking outside the box to offer clients alternative services
Requirements in order to be successful in this position, you will need to demonstrate the following attributes:
Able to read, speak and write English fluently
Knowledge and experience in IT equipment and infrastructure
Highly effective communication skills and telephone manners
At least 3 years experience as a CSR engaged with clients
Positive and resilient nature with an ability to stay cool, calm and composed under pressure
Enthusiasm and determination to successfully reach or even exceed targets
Graduate of Computer Science or other Technological courses would be desirable
Outbound Customer Representatives
Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Outbound Sales warm/cold calling of existing customers, maintaining key client relationships
Marketing of products in the telecommunication sector
Assessing customer needs and generating sales leads
Collecting information to identify The Best option for the client
Thinking outside the box to offer clients alternative services
Requirements in order to be successful in this position, you will need to demonstrate the following attributes:
Highly effective communication skills and telephone manners
Positive and resilient nature with an Ability to stay cool, calm and composed under pressure
Call Centre or Sales experience required
Experience with Australian clients is advantageous but not mandatory
Enthusiasm and determination to successfully reach or even exceed targets
Salary: Base on experience, TBD
