Thread: Taboan Market

  1. #1

    Default Taboan Market

We will be staying overnight in Crown Regency and I really want to go to Taboan Market to buy chorizo and dried fish. How will I commute to go there then go back to the hotel?

Is it still open around 430pm? Will I still find stalls that sells chorizo?

    Any recommendations?

just take a cab since its just near. it will probably be between 50 and 60 pesos. if mag-jeep ka, it will be a complicated two rides and/or you get off near a hospital then walk crossing a small bridge. i say complicated because the jeep routes don't pass the same way going there and coming back

if you are staying in crown regency and you want to take the jeepney, no need to have two rides kay mag layuČ lng ka kng madto pa kag downtown.. you take the 17D route mo agi mn nah xa atbang sa crown and it will pass atubangan jud sa tabo.an.. but i'll advise you to take a cab if wla ka kbaw asa dpita mhunong..

stalls will be closed around 1pm.. but then mangabli ra sad na sila ug balik around 3pm - 4pm until mga 6 - 7pm and naa pa nay dghan chorizo and dried fish ana..

i'm not sure but i imagine 7am would be safe to go to Taboan any day of the week. actually if you want more adventure pag jeep nalang 04D, then you tell the driver to drop you off in taboan. inig naug nimo eskina na cia and you can see the hilera of dried fish stalls sa unahan, it's just a few walks.pag uli nalang pag taxi.
