I know there are lots of post here but I need your help:

I am looking for an Apartment(Long term - 24 month minimum)

1. preferably with car park
2. preferably in Talamban or Lapu-lapu.
3. Secured and Quiet
4. Newly renovated or in good condition(Esp. the drainage system,roof)
5. In a community with existing internet service(REQUIRED)
6. Budget: 6.5K - 8K (Can be stretched up to 12k-15k if rent to own)
