this should be comparable and as strict as the DWI (Drinking While Intoxicated) or DUI (Drinking Under the Influence) law in the US. the problem in our country is that we don't see drunk driving as a danger as much as other people see it in their countries. we don't even have speed limit regulations imposed in major parts of the country for crying out loud.
our traffic law and regulations should be something the government should take seriously.
mao jud... naay balaud, walay implementasyon...Originally Posted by chad_tukes

the may also be a new avenue for corruption and extortion. as long as it is properly implemented, this is a very positive development.
unsa man gamit sa balaud if dili ipatuman? wala. dugang ra gasto.Originally Posted by LytSlpr

pastilan..buhat2x sila ana nga bala-od.. di gihapon ipa tuman...
na-ay law..pero walay law-enforcement... kay mismo ang nag buhat sa law deli mo tuman sa ilang gi pasa nga bala-od...
how could it be so much better? it's as good as NOTHING.Originally Posted by baji

this boils down to poverty issue...the law is in place ...what is lacking is implementation...ngano?...
majority of the govenment personnel na mo-implement this law has a poverty problem personnaly in
their family...therefore, the result is corruption, `the law is for those who has`... priority of most people
now prefer to have foods & shelter first in their family before anything else...
majority of people in the foreign land such as jap & us has a minimal problem about poverty,
therefore, law is a law, `no one is above the law`.
if all those government law should be religiuosly implemented and poverty problem be address well,
our country is a great place in live in...
