    Default Rent-to-own laptop

    Hi iStoryans.

I'm looking for a RENT-TO-OWN Laptop. I really really need it badly. For my CAPSTONE project (IT Student ko sa UC). Since i cannot bring my RIG sa skul, ug dle sad ko gnhan ibaligya akong RIG para palit LAPTOP, mag RENT-TO-OWN lng ko.

    I prefer the following specs:

    at least i3 Core processor
    at 2 gigabytes of memory
and also at least 1 gigabyte of video card memory.

Para sa bayad, i might pay you ONLINE or PERSONALLY but most of all ONLINE jud ko kabayad, para segurado PERSONAL lng ko mo bayad.

Since, ng WORK(online) man ko while ng STUDY gusto unta ko nga 6 months to pay kung ang presyo dle mo tupong sa akong TUITION monthly, so i would rather choose 1 year to pay.

    Nya sa TERMS and AGREEMENT:

Kung ang tag-iya sa LAPTOP gusto bawion ang LAPTOP, iya sa IHATAG ang akong naBAYAD sa LAPTOP. Or else ma akoa ang LAPTOP.

Kung ako dle kabayad ug late 2 months sa akong BILL/BAYAD/SABOT, TY akong gibayad ug ma imoha blik ang LAPTOP.

how is that for the TERMS and AGREEMENT, payts ra kaau.

    iStoryans, tabangi ko.
    TRUSTED BUYER pud ko.

Akong suggestion is look for people who knew you personally and deal with them. IMHO, murag lisud ni mahitabo.

mao.. lisod kaayo ning ingon ani diri sa online nga dili nato kaila personally atong ka deal.

@ TS.. I would suggest, adto hangyo sa mga kauban nimo sa work. i'm sure one of them naay credit card. pwede ka mohangyo nga mosakay ka, nya adto lang ka mag monthly nila. just be cautious lang jud on due date, kay ang penalty intawon.

anyway, for the benefit of this thread.. paki clarify kuno ni, wala man guy brake2x.. galibog ko og sabot.hehehe

also, are you looking for a Brand New or Used? pila pud ka inches? pila mana imong tuition nga dili dapat tupongan?

BTW, what sort of collateral can you offer?

I would say "Terms and Conditions" are the proper words to used. Incidentally, you are the one who is "looking/needing".. I don't think you can demand such a thing. In a situation like this.. the seller usually dictates the Terms & Conditions. Pareho ragud anang mangutang ta, dili man pwede nga kita pud magbuot pilay interest.

Pero lisud jud na imong gipangita.
Daghag external factors like what if maguba or
is there anyone willing to sell for 12 months to pay?
Especially with no collateral. Even with collateral I wouldn't sell for even 6 months to pay.

Try nalang ug loan ug lump sum somewhere.
