hello istoryans, i just want to share my struggles and how and what cured my acne problem...

i've had my acne since i was in highschool mild pato xa,
nisamut na pag.college nako, mao sige nako adto ug derma
i have been to 3 different dermas, nagsige ko balhin2 kay thought na dili ko hiyang sa ilang mga tambal and i had painful facials every month, makahilak gud ko sa kasakit
for almost 3 years nag cge rajud ko ug adto sa derma, pwo sakit najud kaayo akong face sa mga facials.
and i've tried almost every treatment, from expensive medications, to natural home remedies, to aspirin mask, tomato mask, sulphur soaps name it! mao sensitive na au akong skin sa sige ug butang lain-laing tambal.
that's why i stopped going to dermas, i stopped applying topical acne medications.
gipasagdan nlang nako akong dagway ug pimples oi,

But thank God after how many months, i read from a newspaper about the benefits of drinking 8 glasses of water everyday. (water, not softdrinks ha! )
gisulayan nako, kay i have realized di man diay kaayo ko tig.inum ug tubig like i only drink water after every meal, mao ra.
surprisingly, just after 3 days i have noticed na, wala nay bag.ong nitubo nga bugas sa akong face,
so from then on gipadayun najud nako ang pag.inum ug 8 glasses of water everyday until now 1 year has passed and now my face is pimple free! mas nibata pajud daw akong face ingon akong mga kaila! and i'm loving it!!!

nagmahay lang jud ko, kay actually 4 years ago my cousin told me to start water therapy kay mao daw nakaayo sa iyang bugas,
ala ko nituo kay as i have researched ala man daw connection ang water intake sa acne, mao ala jud nako gi.try!
pagyanga pa mao ra jud diay naka ayo nako.
now i am very happy coz ala nakoy pimples but it's too late kay nagkascar na nuon ko sa akong face, if only nitry ko sa suggestion sa akong cousin..

Acne is really big problem many peoples .
there two types of acne .Dry face acne and oily face acne .
both "treatment" type diff rent so be careful....good luck .
