17 in laptop under 30k budget

Guys, need your help. Where can we buy laptop under 30k budget, I need a good higher resolution, corei5 proc and NVIDIA graphics GPU. Kana lang naa dinhi mapalit sa Cebu... Also, please present me brands with good manufacturing quality. I'll use this for my development (Apps/Web/Photo manipulation). Thanks!

why not buy a desktop with 24" monitor? 30k budget, mostly 14" ka ana.

15" and 17" laptops are considered high end. You have to go beyond 30k. Maybe 45-70k.
