why don't you try to talk to the HR? Alleviate the issue to them.

    Talk to HR.
I do morning huddle sa ako team pud, but before they start working. Just to remind them wht they need to accomplish for the day, and what is expected from them. Don't last 15 mins.

just because you are new or just because you are a probee doesnt mean you dont have the right to complain. remember you are already an employee. you have every right to complain specially when you know you are right. overtime should always be paid as stated in the labor codes unless stated in the contract that you signed that its not.

Try to read the contract that you signed during training. If it stated there that you are expected to work 6 days a week, and in reality you are only working for 5 days a week, then I think the extra hour you spent everyday would be counted as part of what was supposed to be your 6th day.

But I'm not sure about that, though.
