Bro, about sa questions nimo sa DECA 5 na house:
1) Na-impas na ang balay:
Wala pa, gipaagi na syag financing sa pag-big or sa DECA mismo...
Pwede sya impason in 5 years, 16 years or 25 years depende sa kaya na budget nimo.
2) Pila ang Monthly:
Php 8,500 ang monthly financed for 25 years ang ako gipili ana...
Kung imo i.assume, meaning ikaw mu.continue sa bayad and ma-imoha na ang balay, magpabayad lang ko sa imo sa nagasto pagpaayo sa balay which is worth 130K, dala na pud na sa
1) reservation fee Php 5000, (deductible sa total amount),
2) construction bond Php 3500 (makuha ig human nimo pa-renovate sa balay tanan)
3) nabayad na monthly amortization 3 months worth (Php8500)
4) Ang sobra bale sa expenses nato sa renovation sa balay like tiles, kusina, etc.
bag o pa ang balay... 3 months pa na sa akoa and cge nakog pa.renovate ana...
Ang kanang Php 130K pwede ra i-stagger nato ang payments sabot lang ta...
