Safety and accessibility at your fingertips. The subdivision is easy to find; it lies between Cordova's town center and Marigondon, Lapu-Lapu City. To locate the unit, just walk straight past the guard house and you'll quickly find the "green house."
Transportation in going to the local market, church, municipal hall, fire station, police station, as well as malls is easy. Also, it is very near the newly opened Roro Port which services the Cordova-Bohol-Cordova route.
There is no problem with security either, as the house is just approximately 60 meters away from the guard house, which is manned 24/7.
Entrance 1. Marked by the bay window and lime green wall paint, this door leads to the living area.
Living area. This area is yours to decorate. Provided are a couch and the decorative ceiling lamp. The green wall is the exterior part of the toilet and bath. The couch faces the kitchenette and dining area.
Toilet and bath. Smelly and messy are the two things you cannot complain about here. Also, since the subdivision has its own tank, you don't have to worry so much about water interruption or shortage.
Entrance 2. Fronted by the car porch, this entrance leads to the kitchenette where you can prepare meals for your family.
Kitchenette. The counter is tiled and the sink is fully functional. It's up to you to set up your cook ware here.
Dining area. You may bring your own dining set or use the provided plastic table and chairs.
Bedroom 1. The smaller of the two rooms, bedroom 1 comes with a single bed but no air conditioner (A/C). Ventilation should not be a problem though, as the area itself is quite airy.
Bedroom 2. The rest of the furniture still needs to be placed, but this room is basically larger than bedroom 1 and comes furnished with a bed, an A/C, and a closet.
