Sala seat, imported, bought at Mandaue Foam about 6-8 month ago.
Original price: ~100k
Selling it for: 20k only
No damages or scratches.

RFS: Bought a new house here in Ma. Luisa, and the new sala is just too small
Its quite big, for a room of at least 5-6 meter width.

The posted price is definitely the last price. I paid about 100k for it, its like brand new, well taken care of. Unfortunately, its too big for my new house, so I have no choice...

No, I am not in Talamban anymore. I live the last 7 or 8 years in Maria Luisa park, and just bought a house there last month.
