pro bono photoshoot

A friend asked me to look for a photographer just to cover a one hour event that will take place in SM City Cebu this coming March 24, 2012. My friend's store will have some big wig from Manila who will visit the store and requests to have a few shots. This is not a paid photoshoot but a pro bono (free) shoot.

I know of the recent happening regarding the prenup shoot. I'm only looking for volunteers whom the storeowner will likely owe a debt of gratitude to. So those people who have nothing nice to say, please don't say anything at all.

Those who are interested you may pm me your name, contact number and link of your sample shots so my friend will decide and contact you. My friend will only ask for a few unedited jpg shots and you can keep some for your portfolio. My friend said the reward will come from the shoot itself but not in monetary terms, I don't know what she meant by that though. I hope somebody who just plainly loves to take pictures will give this some consideration.

I would personally do the shoot but I already have an arrangement on that day, so I am helping my friend look for a replacement.

Also, would it be possible for the shooter/shooters to post their shots on this thread after the event? No rush to post, just at your leisure.

I hope the mods won't lock this thread so they can post their shots to showcase their generosity.

it would be best bro if ispecify ang name sa store and at least one of the "big wigs".. that should spark some enthusiasm.. kay what if ang store diay is pang oldies then ang "big wig" is katong tiguwang nga artista nga naa pirmi sa horror movies hehehe

b4r i become a pro photographer i did a lot of probono works from my relatives and i ended becoming full time photographer (wedding & fashion) mostly from my friends and relatives referrals

name of store is Primadonna and event is moved to Saturday March 24, 2012. sorry i was never told who the big wig is. maybe just a partner of the storeowner.

also a photographer has been selected. thanks everyone for the interest and for being nice.
