Recently, Our internet connection has been cut. To our surprise, Smart sent us a notice to pay our balance for 4 months + the fees. total of 4,000 for the fees excludung the 999.00 they charge every month so 3996.00 ang balance. all in all 7,996 ang payment namo.
When we went to Smart, They told us, we didnt pay 999.00 for 4 months, and they charge everytime you fail to pay monthly, and when you get disconnected they charge a reconnection fee too. naa pa to other charges etc etc. basta 4,000 tanan fees.
My mom was guilty indeed because she does not remember paying Smart for the last 4 months. So she checked the bills when we got home. Ka sige namo ug pangita, wala jud billing from Smart Bro for the last 4 months. So that means, IT WAS THEM WHO FAILED TO SEND US THE BILLING. My mom is a very busy person, ang billing nalang jud sa Smart Bro iyang problemahun? I think the use of the billing is to remind their customers regarding their balance. right? and I guess it is part of their job, as stated in the contract to send a billing monthly!
We have a life, my mom has a life, her world does not revolve around Smart Bro and neither with the internet. And they certainly can't blame us if we failed to report to Smart about it asap or if wala namo gibutang ang exact address. Because for 8 months nag SMart Bro mi, it was the only 4 months wala sila nag send ug billing. So that means, they have already sent previous billings to the right address.
NOTE: wala sila ni disconnect sa amo internet after one month of not paying, for 4 months wala mi ni bayad, nag sge lang gihapon among internet!!! so kinsa man magtuo wala na diay mi kabayad for 4months?!!
We complained to Smart. You know what they said? "Wala man mi mahimo ana mam" or in other words "there is nothing we can do about that!" kay naka butang na daw sa ila files and they cant change it kay sila daw kasab-an................ 0_o
As a customer I felt so helpless about it, wala sila mabuhat sa ilang sala which caused us nearly 8,000? They didn't even exert some effort to fix the problem. diritchu lang ug ingun wa silay mabuhat. they didnt even call their mailman or whoever is in charge and ask why wala napadala....
