* Has 3 or more years experience in web development
* Knows the following technologies: PHP, MySQL, Javascript, REST, JSON, PHP frameworks such as CodeIgniter.
* Additional knowledge on RoR and Haxe is an advantage.

UX/Visual Designer

General Requirements:
exceptional design process and workflow
a natural sense for aesthetics
up-to-date in current design and usability trends and concepts
able to present ideas effectively
familiar with mobile phone user-interaction patterns (iOS, Android)
able to execute pixel-perfect graphics
able to sketch
Technical Requirements:
proficient with graphics software (Photoshop, Illustrator)
HTML and CSS is a plus
