    -torrent downloader
-cost is less than Php 6,000

    Others: flash drive

    Please share your ideas.

    here's my suggestion:

    AMD Sempron LE - 1,495 G.I.
    Emaxx iCafe DDR3 - 1,995 G.I.
    kingston 2gb ddr3 pc1333 - 950 G.I.
intex case with 500/600watts psu - 950 PCX
    Inno3d GF210 1gb 128bit - 2,100 PCX.
    Total = 7,490

add 350 for CDRking USB Wireless N Wifi.

@eXpLoDe: Thanks for the reply. By the way, where is G.I.?
also, is Intex a nice case? I have this micro-atx form factor TomMade case - very slim.
Is AMD Sempron LE dual core?

Only X2's X4's and X6's are the multi core CPU's of AMD.
    and most definitely DDR3

you can try this chassis above for your digital media hub.
not all kinds of m-ATX boards fit on this but a lot of them fits without any problem.
you need to look for a motherboard with built-in VC too coz this chassis is too small it does not have space for videocard.

I am currently using this chassis running on core-i3

tbh, you don't really need a Vcard/gpu. just get a mobo with a built-in graphics chip and that's enough to run 1080p
