giuli man d.i so perhaps, dili intention sa phone owner ang mangilad. you verbalized that you checked the phone thoroughly. you must've asked the owner first if unsa ang defects. if moingon siya wala, that would probably be the time that you can claim na nailad ka, for that record... this could be false claim without due evidence... you already leaked some info about sa owner..
