Qualifications:

* Male
* 18-25 years old
* BS Engineering course graduate preferably Mechanical Engineering
* Preferably from Rural Areas (Visayas and Mindanao region) who has the right motivation to work in a Japanese manufacturing environment which is fast moving that requires high tolerance to pressure and initiative to take action effectively and efficienctly.
*With or without professional license.
* Must be computer literate.
* Can handle and work under pressure
* Versatile in dealing with different working environment
* Have a high regard on the task assigned
* Self-driven and self-motivated
* Fresh graduates are very much welcome to apply
