My dad is renting out his big house in Guadalupe. It already has water, electricity and provision for internet connection if the tenant wants to. Can accommodate ten people. It has no garage for cars but motorcycles can park easily. Very near the road. Location is beside Guadalupe police station. Walking distance to PRC, guadalupe elementary school, jollibee, wet market and a short ride to the church.

Monthly rental is pegged at 10,000 a month.
