debit card refund - how long?

Hi guys,

how long will the refund takes? nasaup ug charge sila sa akong card, and now wala gihapon refund.
two weeks na tawn.. then 9k pa jud!
I have talked with their customer support directly and filed some papers right after the incident happened.

for people with similar experiences and people working in banks, please share your thoughts.
