need help: configuring my Linksys wrh54g para sa PLDT myDSL

guys, bag.o rani ako pldt ni switch ko.. gkan ko smartbro... ang ako problem kay dli ko ka browse after nako e connect ang modem (zyxel p660) sa router.
kinsa naa experience ani.. patabang ko set up ako router beh para mka wifi ko...

kinahanglan ka mag port-forwarding ana sir...then dili ko sure kung kanang imo zyxel nga p600 series maka wifi unless nlang kung naa ka router nga wifi included...ang kanang zyxel kay murag modem and router nana xa..

wala na nimo gi configure imong router? wireless configuration nya?

Hi Jemiray. If I'm not mistaken, PLDT modems (like PHILCOM's) usually act as a router and give out IP addresses with the 192.168.1.x subnet. If I'm not mistaken also, linksys routers by default use also 192.168.1.x subnet for LAN. If you plug in the PLDT modem into the WAN port of a new Linksys router, that will cause a conflict. WAN and LAN must not have the same subnet. You need to change the LAN IP address of your Linksys router from 192.168.1.1 to 192.168.10.1 perhaps. Try that first. If that does not work, disable your linksys router to act as a DHCP server. Then plug in the cable from PLDT's modem into any of the 4 LAN ports of your Linksys router. Good luck po.
