personally id pic the motorola. but the ipad2 has the advantage of many apps plus a very gud apple branding. many people would like bringing it around. XD. nice spec sheet by the way! very thorough and detailed, keep it up!

I'll go for the Motorola Xoom, upgradeable (daw) ang ram, nice baya kaayo ang Android 3.0 the closest you could get to a PC in terms of web browsing (especially Flash), also one of the coolest UI I've seen on a tablet.... xD Also I'm not the type that is buying something because of the brand itself but on the features and usefulness...
