can anyone help me about treating my hand tremors?

would you happen to know how did you get this kind of problem? did it just happen suddenly or you have experiences that might have caused this.

it just happen when im nervous or sumthing like that.. i really can't control it..

I had hand tremors before too and I simply attributed it to stress, age no exercise etc... when my annual physical exam came around, I found out it was a case of Hyperthyroid.
Bottom line, a trip to the doctor will probably set you back by P300 and from that visit you will know what his initial assessment is as well as the lab tests you will need. Do not put off tomorrow what will be an inevitability anyway. God bless.

some people will really have tremors when stressed or nervous. ipa-check lang jud sa doctor if there are still any other underlying factors....
