I am currently looking for a house and lot in a subdivision within Mandaue(not in Canduman) or Lapu2x(di molapas sa Marigondon or sa Mactan) area and Talamban (di molapas ug Bacayan).
Estimated budget is around 1M - 2M, we could pay the downpayment and the rest will be through Pag-Ibig.
Agents/brokers should be the one to process all the necessary papers in order to get approved with the Pag-Ibig loan.
