I suggest better go to the location as stated nalang kay dili sya maka mao mo send sa pics and not an Istorya member thats why namalihug lang nako.

If youre facing Capitol Bldg. at the right side you can see Mayflower Inn, that road is Villalon drive ( mao bitaw ni ang road kon mo adto ta sa opra or sa beverly hills? ma labyan rani siya) Just proceed to that road from Mayflower it will elevate and form a Y shape, at the right side of the Y road you can see an orange house w/ a signage at the cement wall AWC, the 3rd door is the one vacant now.

Its along the road but no garrage. Occupants who have cars can park alongside or at the basketball court since its a dead end sa unahan. Look for Arsing, the key is w/ her, she is the caretaker.Kilala sya sa neighborhood since she live in that area too. If you wanna negotiate, just call directly to the owner at the landline or cell # posted. Thanks for understanding.
