mga bro, kailangan naa gyud warm up including shoulder rotation and knee rotation, stretching etc. para less injuries.
mao lang ako na observe nga wala tay organized warmup exercise prior to training ila chris. mas maayo cguro og naa warm up protocol before start ta og praktis. suggestion lang mga bros.

constant stretching lang gyud. even though di ka magpractice, dapat magstretching gyud para maanad ang lawas

before meds and therapies..
keep in mind RICE technique especially for bone injuries/fractures..
