Posting for my BF. He has plans setting up a new business and looking for a Vacant Lot or Warehouse for rent/lease. Details are:

Area: Lot Area 2000-3000 sqm
Place: Mandaue, Cebu or Talisay. If naa mas layo post lang, mag agad ra sa price.
Requirements: Maka sulod ang mga truck up to 40' trailer. Walay mag complain if 24 hrs ang operation sa site or up to 12MN.
Preferably: Cemented (ok ra partly) and fenced ang lot/warehouse.

Ako ang nangita ani. Thank you sa pag post baby. Ok ra vacant lot nga dli cemented basta ang road going to the lot is wide enough nga pwede maka sulod ang 40 foot trailer truck. If naay 1000-2000 sqm pag offer lang pud. Thanks.

naa koy three ka offer na lot, first is sa Pagsabungan, Mandaue. Although 1,356 sqm ra ni pero overall price niya is P4,068,000 ra so sulit na kaau coz in Mandaue the lots are priced higher like in Cubacob, Mandaue. The lot in Cubacob cost P3,000 per sqm. Nya the lot area is 5000 sqm so overall price would be about P15 M na. The third is in Danao 2,100 sqm at P3,000 per sqm
