train them, harder..
buy more equipments.. Night vision goggles, Thermal heat image, FLASHBANG, etc.

if only our government would give proper training and equipments plus, A VERY BIG PLUS, discipline..

then, maka salig ko balik in situations like yesterday, otherwise, it'll end to negotiation or death..

not everyday is hostage taking. there are other scenario that the police are good at! and i can put my confidence in them. and being positive about it that oneday our police force will improve if be gevin the chance and budget.....
