Best Dog Breed for Apartment living!

Hey guys, ask unta ko unsang breed sa iro ang nindot alagaan with the ff factors:
-nagpuyo ug 1 floor apartment
-4th yr college student
-with a 2 yr old nephew
-with neighbors (so dili jud sige ug saba-saba)
-with small time to have an outdoor activity (probably during sat or sunday ra jud)...so whole day from mon-fri kay naa ra sa sulod sa balay



I'm doing some research na sad, but mas nice gud if naay opinions jud from dog enthusiasts.

Toy dogs who arent long haired. para dili kaayo ingon ana ka grabeh ug atiman since you leave the pup sa apartment.. maybe the likes of mini pin, chihuahua, pitbull...

saba kaayo na ang chihuahua. that's what i heard sa mga tao with chihuahua..

i prefer daschund either mini or standard.

nindot ta shih tzu pero pero it needs a huge amount of caring for the hair.

ang minipin sad saba sa base on my experience.

Jack russell terrier ok sad.

di pud guro pitbull. daku man ang pitbull and definitely NOT a toy dog. hehehehe

chihuahua guro kung gusto nimo less maintenance. gamay, then dili maalaga ang coat.
