I dont know what kind of two-bit service you running over there...
This is definitely the old green valley i know.
First, you take so long to repair minor problems, had a video card problem took you 2 weeks to tell me the card needed to get replaced.
Secondly, the unit i just got fixed, (the one said above). Bogged down this time... the PS gave up. I know this are unrelated issues, but they could've checked an save me all the trouble. Whats more, is that they asked me to replace to PSU, ok I agreed, replace it. After 2 weeks without hearing from them, I call them and they tell me I need to pay for the PSU first. They could've told me that in the first place when they found out my PSU was busted. Or they could've called within that 2 week span to tell me to i needed to pay. And well, what sort of repair operation are you running, that you ask clients to go back to your office to pay for replacement parts. Cant you just well bill that after?
Thirdly, since they were in Labangon their repair prices has gone up dramatically, now thats would've been okay if their service improved greatly. But alas, the reverse actually happened!
I've been in istorya for years, just look at the date below my handle. And this is the first time i ever ranted about poor service. But this time I feel, people should hear about this shabby 2bit service Green Valley is giving.
