PS3 Hang-ups

Anyone knew how to fix this problem?

First i can load the game, then after few mins of playing, the game hangs-up
when i reset the Console, i cant load the game anymore. it has error

when i load another game, it will display "Blu ray disc has been ejected" even though i didnt eject the disc...

i need help, how to fix this one and whats the problem on my unit.

i already asked iTech ayala about this problem, they said its the lens... but lens cost 5,300 php.
all i need is to lessen the cost of it... with ur help

i had that problem too, it occured to me twice already...

luckily it was covered by my warranty... cause it occured to me 1 month after i purchased my ps3 slim.

happily they repaired it for free...

sadly I would say I am so sorry for the lost of your ps3 lens.
