Im posting this to help our HR to hire new Technical Support Engineer to be assigned here in Cebu

Qualifications:
----BSCompE or IT or any related course with 1 or 2 years experience in doing technical support.
---- must know :
PC and printer (dot matrix printers- Epson FX1170 and FX2190) Troubleshooting
Can diagnose and repair PSU, Monitors, Printer and Pc mainboard, LAN
PC Maintainance
Basic Networking Concepts and Troubleshooting
Format PC and install applications and must know how to performed image ghosting
Knows DNS, TCP/IP and outlook configurations
Must have good analytical skills

3.position/work functions: OJT as Computer Technician/Format PC and install applications

5.Skills:PC troubleshooting,Install Windows OS, Configure LAN, familiar in CISCO Networking but not applied as actual only theory, can format PC and install applications,most of all I'm proficient in Autocad software...
